Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If multiple goods ordered as part of a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter.
You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, but its use is not mandatory.
You may also submit your withdrawal electronically using the withdrawal function provided on the Website. If you use this function, confirmation that your withdrawal has been received will be sent to you electronically without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which notification of your withdrawal is received.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify me of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion for Customised Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised.
This exclusion only applies where the product has been clearly identified as customised before the order is placed. It does not apply merely because a standard print is produced after an order has been submitted.
The exclusion does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
